Europcar

Goran R.

I do not recommend this car rental company. They are professional scammers. They charged my credit card twice without notification or my consent. I initiated disputes, yet after 40 days, they have not responded to a single inquiry. They are also in league with www.doyouspain.com—through whom I paid for the reservation—and that company is also ignoring my requests while having blocked my access to my account on their website. I would ask the Europcar team, upon reading this review, not to send an automated response, but rather to address the specific requests I submitted via customer service.
