No recomiendo para nada alquiler un coche aquí por q parece q vas comprar el cocho no alquilarlo piden cosas q no dijeron q tenía q traer, para algo tan simple como rentar un coche me han dado un dolor de cabeza q nunca me a dado con otra empresa para nada recomendable al final solo me quedó cancelarlo todo muy decepcionada.

My name is Roy This was, without question, the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I reserved a 7-passenger automatic Mercedes van for 10:30 a.m for July 13, 2026 . My flight arrived late, so I called the office twice to let them know. No one answered either call. When I arrived, I was helped by an employee named Nemesis. She told me my reserved vehicle would not be available for another two hours. My friend had reserved the exact same 7-passenger Mercedes van for the following day. Since she knew we had both reserved the same vehicle, she suggested it would be better if I simply returned the next day and picked up my van at the same time as my friend. Based on that conversation, I left believing my reserved vehicle would definitely be ready. She also told me that full insurance would cost €85 per day. I have rented cars throughout Europe and many other countries and have never been quoted anything close to that amount for full coverage. The next day I returned expecting a quick pickup, but things only got worse. First, they tried charging me almost double the amount of my reservation because of what they called a system error. It took about 45 minutes to correct. While Nemesis was fixing my reservation, another employee was helping my friend. He was given exactly what he reserved—a 7-passenger Mercedes van—and was offered full insurance for €35 per day. After my reservation was finally corrected, Nemesis told me my insurance would cost €54 per day. I pointed out tha

Difficult to find as other reviews mentioned. It’s in the parking garage directly under the park. Look for the ramps on the left side of the street going down into the parking structure on the sides of the park (Plaza de España street). We only dropped off here, but had no issues and great service.
