0 star!!!!!!! Very disappointing experience!!!!!!! We were treated very poorly by the woman working at the rental desk. She was extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and showed absolutely no understanding or empathy. When we collected the car, it had half a tank of fuel, and we paid a €20 fuel deposit, which we were told would be refunded if we returned the car with the same fuel level. When we returned the car, the fuel gauge was just one bar below half. The employee told us to go to the nearest gas station and fill it back up to half. We had no problem doing that. However, after adding fuel, the digital fuel gauge did not change. We started the car, checked the display, and even added more fuel, but it still showed the same level. Believing it still wasn’t at half, we kept filling until we had spent around €50. Only then did the gauge suddenly jump, leaving the tank almost completely full. When we returned to explain what had happened, we expected at least some understanding or a small gesture of goodwill. We were not expecting a full refund, but we did expect to be treated with respect. Instead, the employee laughed at us, told us it was our problem, and sarcastically said that it was “better for the next customers because they now have a full tank.” There was no apology, no empathy, and absolutely no attempt to find a reasonable solution or offer any compensation. Everyone can make a mistake, especially when a digital fuel gauge does not update as expected. What disappoint

Sehr unkomplizierte Vermietung. Wir haben ein Auto für zwei Tage über unser Hotel gebucht. Zu Beginn sind wir am Hotel abgeholt worden, vor Ort haben wir den Vertrag unterschrieben. Es war keine Kaution nötig, wir haben 10€ pro Tag Aufpreis gezahlt und eine Vollkaskoversicherung abgeschlossen mit 0€ Selbstbeteiligung und schon konnte es losgehen gehen. Das Auto war in einem guten gebrauchten Zustand, lies sich einwandfrei fahren und es gab keine Probleme. Auch die Rückgabe des Wagens war super unkompliziert. Anschließend sind wir zum Hotel zurück gebracht worden und hatten zwei sorglose tolle Tage auf der Insel. Ich würde hier immer wieder ein Auto mieten!

Poor customer service. Due to the delayed fuel gauge, we ended up putting much more fuel in the car than necessary. We explained the situation calmly and were not expecting a full refund, but we did expect some understanding or at least a small gesture of goodwill. Instead, the employee showed no empathy, laughed at us, and told us it was our problem!!! The way we were treated was so disrespectful and very unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this rental company!!!!

Wir haben hier ein Auto für einen Tagesausflug gemietet. Gebucht wurde über unser Hotel. Wir wurden daraufhin vom Personal der Autovermietung abgeholt, der Vertrag wurde rasch unterzeichnet (problemlos, 10€ für Vollkasko ohne Selbstbehalt). Das Auto war fast neu und am Abend nach unserer Rückkehr wurden wir wieder in unser Hotel gebracht! Freundlich und unkompliziert Gerne wieder!
